Trust?

Logbook : Sometimes we ask ourself if it is correct to share something to someone, could help me? or it just another tricky illusion of what the others want. But after some tries it was found a recipe of how to know is someone is really a trustful person, and not definitely not... is no "Lie to Me" studying, even it has relationship between what I am saying, but How do really know if she or he trustful just staring them for a couple of seconds, personally whispering to you, is physical trust by heart it will work with the other inside, I know sounds stupid but have his benefits, you should try. So my lover readers I wonder (dilemma) How much a person deeply trust in himself?
